Delivery depends on the quantity. For samples or small regular items, we promise delivery in 1-3 days as most items are in stock. For mass production, such as container loads, we promise delivery in 15-30 days.
Q4: What are your terms of payment?
We accept PayPal, West Union, Credit Card, and T/T. For mass production, we accept T/T with 30% as a deposit and 70% before delivery. We'll provide photos of the products and packages before the balance payment.
Q5: What are the shipping solutions?
For samples or small orders, goods will be sent by express. For regular orders, goods can be shipped by air or sea, according to your preference.
Q6: Are samples free?
We provide free samples via express, but you are responsible for the express charges or arranging sample collection.
