Delivery time depends on the order quantity. For samples or small regular items, we usually deliver within 1-3 days as most items are in stock. For mass production, such as container loads, delivery is typically 15-30 days.

Q4: What are your terms of payment?
We accept PayPal, Western Union, Credit Card, and T/T. For mass production, we require a T/T payment of 30% as a deposit and 70% before delivery. Photos of the products and packaging will be provided before you pay the balance.

Q5: What are the shipping solutions?
For samples or small orders, goods are shipped by express. For regular orders, goods can be shipped by air or sea, according to your demand.

Q6: Are samples free?
We provide free samples via express, but you need to cover the express charge or arrange for sample collection.
