Q3: How long is the delivery time?
Delivery time varies by quantity. For samples or small regular items, we promise delivery within 1-3 days, with most items in stock. For mass production, such as container loads, delivery ranges from 15-30 days.
Q4: What are your terms of payment?
We accept PayPal, West Union, Credit Card, and T/T. For mass production, we require a 30% T/T deposit and the remaining 70% before delivery, with photos of products and packages provided before the balance payment.
Q5: What are the shipping options?
For samples or small orders, goods will be shipped by express. For regular orders, goods can be sent by air or sea, depending on your requirements.
Q6: Do you provide free samples?
We offer free samples by express, but you must cover the express charges or arrange sample collection.
