Delivery time varies based on quantity. For samples or small regular items, we guarantee delivery within 1-3 days as most are in stock. For mass production, such as container loads, we promise delivery within 15-30 days.
Q4: What are your payment terms?
We accept PayPal, Western Union, Credit Card, and T/T. For mass production, we require a T/T payment of 30% as a deposit and 70% before delivery. We will provide photos of the products and packages before you pay the balance.
Q5: What are the shipping options?
For samples or small orders, we use express shipping. For regular orders, goods can be shipped by air or sea, according to your preferences.
Q6: Do you offer free samples?
Yes, we provide free samples via express shipping, but you need to cover the express charges or arrange sample collection.
